Whatsapp is no longer free for all

The Corona Pandemic has caused many businesses devastating losses, What’s App in order to flourish it’s company stated in a press release that some services for business customers will no longer be free, subsequently soon with the help of a new feature in works WhatsApp will succeed in connecting customers with business companies.

This new change whenever a person wishes to buy a product from a certain website, they are redirected to different links, service managers, and call centers, WhatsApp wishes to improve this dilemma of online buying and selling by modifying WhatsApp as a medium where customers can directly order and acquire information about their product, via WhatsApp messages rather than using emails, phone calls, etc.

Not only will this feature help business expand as more than 175 million people use WhatsApp business account but also help shy customers by shifting them from calls to texts to obtain product details, payment may be done through Facebook pay. The company stressed however that this feature will not come for free and will be released after necessary precautions are taken.
